Citrine Health is a non-profit organization that connects women and their families to health care, social service, and disease prevention programs. We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Full Charge Bookkeeper to work in conjunction with the Executive Director to support administrative accounting functions of the agency.

Job Duties:
  • Enter agency Account Payables.
  • Pay A/P approved by Executive Director (ED).
  • Enter & Track Accounts Receivable.
  • Submit billing and track payments for Bra Shop to insurance companies.
  • Submit billing and track payments for agency contracts (BCCHP, Basic Food, etc.).
  • Create weekly reports for bank.
  • Process daily deposits from Women’s Wellness Center.
  • Reconcile accounts.
  • Process Payroll.
  • Process Quarterly Tax Returns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Finally, the ideal candidate should also have an understanding of non-profits and office management.

Specific requirements include:
  • AA Degree in Bookkeeping or Accounting, or a combination of education and experience,
  • Experience keeping books for multiple programs,
  • Ability to work both independently and with groups,
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications skills,
  • Excellent organizational skills,
  • Demonstrate strong computer and Internet skills (QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook),
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks,
Preferred qualifications:
  • Administrative experience with Medicare and Insurance contracts and certifications,
  • Experience working at a non-profit agency,
  • Experience with budgets, government contract billings and projections.

  • Location: 2940 W Marine View Dr, Everett, Washington
  • Reports to: Executive Director
  • Salary range: $40,000 -- $73,500 (DOE)
  • Hours/FTE: 40 hours with health insurance, dental, vacation, sick and includes membership to Women’s Wellness Center
  • Travel: Some Regional Travel; Valid WA Driver's License; Reliable Transportation
